Family owned and a friendly place to shop. The owner and employees are super attentive and cared about my needs. As a Veteran with sleep apnea, the owner managed to save me money on taxes.
I used to sleep 8 hours but it used to take me a whole week, now with my new matress I sleep 8 hours every night.

My situation is a have a Very bad back, so in my quest to find a super extra firm mattress, I went to Legacy Furniture and Mattress. They had several brands I researched on the internet that I wanted to try. Gavin , the store owner went way beyond to let me try the different Mattresses that i hoped would work. He literally rearranged an area of the store so I could try them out, since I can't walk and had to slid from my Scooter Chair to the Mattress. He spent a couple of Hours with us and finally I determined none would work. He made a call to one of his distributers and got the brand name that would give me the support i needed. Then he recommended we go to one of his competitors that handled the Brand.
This is Customer Service Beyond 5 Stares!! So if you need furniture or a Mattress, Go to LEGACY for the best Customer Service in Ocala!! Thank you Gavin for all your time and concerns!! by the way the Competitor Did not give us that kind of Service, and I was very disappointed in them even though spent $2600.00
