- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Any and all spas or hot tubs are made to order and considered "custom ordered" to customer specifications. These custom orders are non refundable and are all sales final.
- Mattress Comfort Exchange: Legacy Furniture Florida will do a one time exchange on select mattresses. There is no refund, only a one time exchange for equal or greater value. No refund for difference in price. The customer is responsible for all balances and fee associated with the comfort exchange.

Furniture Returns are accepted within 1 day of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that all sales are final after this 1-day return window.

Customer-Provided Return Shipping Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 50% will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing the returned item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization Before returning an item, you must contact our customer support team at 352.304.5137 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

Return Inspection and Refund Process Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1-4. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with processing the refund, minus the applicable restocking fee. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable. These include but not limited to spas, hot tubs, clearance or sale items, items management discretion refuses to return, customized or personalized products, and items marked as "Final Sale." We cannot accept returns for these items, and they are considered non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund up to the discretion of Legacy Furniture FL Management Team.
