A critical component of Hot Spring Spas’ Energy Smart® system, these custom-fitted covers are essential to achieving the leading energy efficiency that sets our hot tubs apart.
Energy Efficient
Hot Spring Spas leads the industry in producing highly energy-efficient hot tubs and hot tub covers. Our WeatherPro spa covers are meticulously designed, engineered, and manufactured by Watkins Wellness® to meet the rigorous energy standards set by the California Energy Commission (CEC) for portable spas.
They feature a dense foam core and a thick insulated gasket that runs the entire length of the hinge to help prevent heat from escaping between the cover halves. These custom-fitted covers aid in reducing utility costs by providing a tight seal that keeps heat in and limits water evaporation.
Superior Construction & Safety Certified
WeatherPro covers feature durable, fade-resistant materials that provide superior resistance to the elements. Each cover is made with double-stitched polyester for long-lasting performance that is less prone to fading and more water and abrasion resistant.
The reinforced, adjustable straps make it easy to safely secure the spa cover. Each Hot Spring hot tub cover is UL-classified in accordance with ASTM safety standards and includes child safety locks for extra protection.

For added convenience, Hot Spring hot tub covers are outfitted with exclusive, sturdy brackets for strong support and easy installation of our exclusive cover lifters.
Replacement Covers
Covers require regular maintenance and should be inspected yearly for wear and to ensure a tight seal. Since hot tub covers are exposed to the elements, they will eventually need replacement.
